How to use
For use in order to protect from the sun:
- Apply abundantly 15 minutes before exposure to sunlight.
- Reapply at least every two hours.
- Use a waterproof sunscreen if you are swimming or sweating.
- Use sunscreen regularly with a broad spectrum SPF of 15 or higher.
- Reduce your time in the sun, especially from 10 AM to 2 PM.
- Wear long-sleeved shirts, pants, hats, and sunglasses.
